Rocky Mountain College is seeking a qualified person for the position of Director of Sports Performance. The Director of Sport Performance plays a vital role in supporting the strategic vision of the Rocky Mountain College Athletic Department. This position will provide support in the overall organization and management of the entire strength and conditioning program while reporting to the director of athletics. In accordance with the vision of the athletic department. this individual will be responsible for all areas, including: overseeing the complete operation of strength and conditioning for 17 sports; enhancing the physical, and nutritional development of more than 400 student-athletes, working closely with bead coaches and sports medicine personnel in sport performance developm
