Commissioner
Key Roles & Responsibilities: The following responsibilities relate to the position of Commissioner and should not be assigned to other conference office staff. The Commissioner should:
•Supervise Conference Operations Manage Conference staff, budgets, contracts, and administrative functions to maintain effective day-to-day operations. •Facilitate Communication Within Conference Coordinate communications with all levels of the conference, including but not limited to, Board of Directors, Athletic Administrators, Coaches, and External Constituents •Oversee Conference Governance Organize meetings of all committees and ensure implementation and interpretation of conference policies. •Maintain Strategic Partnerships Manage relationships with corporate partners, vendors, and
