Assistant Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Assist the Director of Strength & Conditioning for Olympic Sports in managing all areas of the program and assist with supervising 16000 sq. ft. weight room, interns, graduate assistants and hourly staff. Design, implement and monitor sport specific weight training and conditioning programs for assigned sports. Provide instruction in proper lifting techniques, conditioning modalities, pre-habilitation techniques, and recovery methods.
