The Desales University Women’s Cross Country/Track programs (Division III) are in search of a qualified candidate for Graduate Assistant. The candidate will be expected to learn the NCAA D-III rules as they pertain to coaching and recruiting. Recruiting will be a major responsibility as well as assisting in daily coaching practices. Applicants for this position should have the desire to become a full-time coaching candidates and use this experience to build a resume and prove their worth in the college coaching profession.
