Operations Manager
Summary/Objective: The Athletic Operations Manager (I) is responsible for most of the overall setups and breakdowns of events held in the Department of Athletics & Recreation managed facilities. The Athletic Operations Manager (I) coordinates and plans special event preparation and site preparedness for all home athletic events and hosted internal and external events. He/She coordinates with Audio-Visual and Information Technology the needs of those events. In addition, the Athletic Operations Manager (I) hires, trains, and supervises most of the student staff members of Facilities & Operations. This position works under a general level of supervision. The Athletic Operations Manager (I) oversees event execution for three or four varsity programs each year.
