Job Summary​Directs, implements, and evaluates activities which produce fully insured and self-funded commercial membership growth through sales of products and services. Acts as the primary representative for commercial sales with internal and external stakeholders. Establishes annual membership budget projections, staff sales quotas, measuring results and managing the commercial sales team, both small group and large group sales, fully insured and self-funded.
