The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for an Assistant Athletics Director of Ticket Sales, Service & Retention to oversee all aspects of ticket sales, service and retention for the Ticket Office. Responsibilities include leading the ticket sales, service and retention team; increasing revenue through ticket sales for all ticketed sports; achieving sales goals tied to all seven ticketed sports; and using CRM to maintain accurate records and provide timely revenue updates. This position will be focused on ticket sales (including group tickets and premium areas) and training/motivating staff to cultivate relationships with season ticket holders.
