VP of Membership Sales
Vice President of Membership Sales This position is responsible for the membership targets set by the organization’s strategic plan including membership sales metrics and key performance indicators. In addition, this position will be responsible for the marketing, management and budgeting of membership recruitment and retention. The role will maintain a firm grasp of data with a proven fluency in membership databases to develop dashboards and reports highlighting trends and opportunities. Working closely with the CEO and COO, this position leads efforts to recruit and retain NAIA members including oversight of a membership sales team, leading the internal cross-functional team and serving as the primary liaison to the NAIA Membership Committee.
