The Assistant Athletic Director for Fan Engagement, Marketing, and Ticketing oversees the operational and strategic aspects for ticketing, merchandise sales, marketing, and fan engagement for the Intercollegiate Athletics department. Develops and implements sales strategies and campaigns to meet and increase revenue goals for ticketing. Actively solicits new and returning ticket holders. Execute marketing and promotion strategies in an effort to enhance the brand of the ICA department, generate revenue, maximize attendance at all sporting events, and promote a positive fan experience.
