Supervises the assigned staff and assists in the preventative maintenance of all Athletics Facilities buildings, installation of equipment and fixtures. Plans and prioritizes tasks and projects from Facilities and Events leadership and Department of Athletics leadership. Assists campus FO&M staff and contract personnel in the performance of work in Athletics Facilities including, but not limited to painting, janitorial, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC work. Oversees Campbell Stadium maintenance which would include but is not limited to inventory of items (barricades, trash containers, recycling containers, folding chairs, etc.), contact and campus staff work in stands, restrooms, concourses and ramps.
