Reporting to the Deputy Director of Athletics, the Director of Sports Nutrition-Olympic Sports will enhance the athletic performance of student-athletes by developing and managing sports nutrition programs and customized nutrition strategies; provide individual, group, and team nutrition counseling and education; and evaluate dietary supplements and sports foods for safety and quality with approval from sports medicine and compliance personnel. This individual will also oversee all operations of the SHAC Sports Nutrition Department including but not limited to budget, inventory, purchasing, stocking, and supervising student volunteers and dietetic interns.
