Auburn University Athletics, a member of the Southeastern Conference, invites applications for an Athletics Human Resources Graduate Assistant to begin in August 2023. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Auburn Athletics HR dept. Advertise and maintain current job openings by posting and updating as needed and tracking such changes. Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations. Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies. Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation. Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that
