The Manager, Insurance Training and Channel Marketing is responsible for supporting the RiverSource sales team, leading our field engagement and training efforts with the broker dealer and also developing training content for use by wholesalers, advisors and staff. It's a role that blends core training development with an execution and engagement focus across the firm. This position is located in Minneapolis and offers a hybrid schedule (three days in office).
