Auburn University Athletics is excited to begin the search for an Assistant Director of Ticket Operations. This position aids in the management and leadership of the athletic department’s ticketing operations (Football, Men’s & Women’s Basketball, Gymnastics, Baseball, and Softball). The Assistant Director must function in several leadership roles, including customer service, game-day operations, sport-specific ticketing operations, management for back-office ticketing software and technology, and conflict resolution. This individual aids in the selection and training of all student employees.
