Illinois State University, a NCAA Division I institution, member of the Missouri Valley Conference invites applications for the position of Graduate Assistant for Development Ticket Sales within the department of Athletics. This pre-professional, 12-month position includes a tuition waiver and a stipend. The successful applicant must meet the admission requirements for Illinois State's Graduate School.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales goals in the areas of full season and partial plan ticket sales.
2. Responsible for the annual retention and renewal of season ticket members
3. Enhance relationships with new and existing season ticket members to create new sales opportunities and or to renew, upgrade, and ensure world-class customer
