Description of Job Duties This position has recruiting, leadership, communication, writing, film editing, and coaching components. The Men’s Soccer GA will refine these skills by assisting with recruiting prospective players during their first year with the expectation that they will become recruiting coordinator by the start of their second year. Recruitment activities include: database management, coordinating recruiting visits with the admissions office, meeting with potential recruits, contacting prospective student-athletes via phone, mail, and email, meeting with prospective recruits and their parents, selecting which tournaments or recruiting opportunities will produce the best return and which will not produce an adequate return for coaches to attend, coordinating which staff
