Duties and Responsibilities Manage ticket operations for athletic events, including implementation of policy and procedures relating to ticket sales, sales strategy, ticket distribution, and allocation. Plan and implement a customer service strategy that provides fans with first class support, resolves customer ticket issues efficiently, and develops relationships with season ticket base and other fans. Collaborate with community organizations, university partners, and internal units such as marketing, promotions, communications, and creative services to maximize revenue and attendance for all ticketed sports by increasing single-game sales, season tickets, group sales, and student engagement.
