Smithsonian Theaters seeks an experienced Ticket Sales System Administrator who will be responsible for managing the Theater ticket systems, as well as maintain and analyze the corresponding data, for use in theaters and concessions group sales process, provided by third parties.  This includes the support of Point-of-Sale ticket systems, procurement, programming, documentation, reporting (including database management) and training.
