Job Description:What We're Looking ForThe Digital Marketing Specialist will create campaign assets across multiple media formats that extend the image, identity, and impact of the Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences and its departments.
A Bachelor's degree, three years of relevant experience and an active Christian faith are required.
Additional preferred skills: - Experience writing and editing a broad range of materials including brochures, newsletters, and journals.
- Software and web design knowledge to facilitate website management in alignment with Baylor standards.
- Knowledge of data analytics in web management space.
- Ability to work on graphic design platforms, with quality photography and assets to produce high quality end products in print and electronic materials.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software used in print and email communications.
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule to meet deadlines
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.What You Will Do - Create campaign assets across multiple media formats that extend the image, identity, and impact of the Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences and its departments.
- Create and manage Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences website content (all departments and admissions) and serve as primary editor for all written and visual content and updating.
- Utilize development tools to enhance communication designs, keeping up-to-date on new technologies and trends.
- Provide leadership and support in the implementation of content strategies, calendars and communication priorities for Robbins College stakeholders--graduate and undergraduate prospects, alumni, board members and donors, faculty and staff, and current students.
- Coordinate with campus partners to develop strategic content goals and objectives that reinforce the Baylor Brand.
- Create and coordinate events that reinforce and grow the Robbins College and Baylor brand.
- Support writing, editing and producing collateral materials that promote awareness of and build the professional reputation of Robbins College.
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission.
- Ability to comply with University policies.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
