Lowenstein Sandler is seeking a Capital Markets & Securities Associate to join our Transactions & Advisory Group in our New York City or Roseland, NJ office. The candidate should have 3 - 5 years of corporate transactional experience with focused expertise in public securities offerings and SEC compliance, debt and Rule 144A issuances, and structured preferred stock and convertible notes transactions.  Life sciences/biotech, SPAC and/or high yield debt experience is a plus.
