McKendree University is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a graduate assistant coach for the University Athletic Performance program on its Lebanon, Illinois campus for the 2024-2025 academic year. Primary duties include but are not limited to; programming for and implementing programs for assigned teams, while assisting with football, communication with sport coaches and athletic training staff, and other duties assigned by the Director of Athletic Performance. Tuition and stipend is a benefit of this position.
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and acceptance into a McKendree graduate program is required. Minimum qualifications include a passion to coach, previous experience working in collegiate/high school/private strength & conditioning, and working towards certification through NSCA (CSCS) or CSCCa (SCCC).
