Dedicated to the delivery of exceptional clinical, sport counseling and outreach services for Cleveland State University (CSU) students-athletes. Responsible for providing confidential assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic services, including individual and group counseling/psychotherapy, and crisis intervention services to CSU student-athletes. Develops individual client therapy plans. Designs and conducts developmental and outreach activities related to the needs of student-athletes and the athletics department. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Master's Degree, preferably in counseling, social work, or related field.
Master's License in Ohio or ability to obtain license within six (6) months of hire in counseling, psychology, or social work (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, etc.) in Ohio. Until independence license is obtained, must follow required supervision.
Experience and/or interest in working with student-athletes.
