Scarlet Assets Management Company LLC, or SAMCO, LLC is a business organized to assist Rutgers University in maximizing revenue generation derived from licensing Rutgers' University’s rights and other assets. This includes revenue derived through season tickets, premium ticket sales, groups and individual ticket sales to Athletic and Non-Athletics sponsored events; the sale and client servicing of Multi-Media advertising sponsorships through Rutgers University properties and assets; the sale and client servicing of Naming Rights sponsorships of Rutgers University venues; and any incremental revenue opportunities that utilize Rutgers University assets. The Manager, Systems and Data Analyst is primarily responsible for providing critical insights and data-driven recommendations that support business decisions. This role is critical in leveraging and organizing data from across multiple platforms which will allow our verticals to realize stronger marketing efficiency and effectiveness, as well as to increase revenue generation opportunities.
Analyze ticket sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue growth. Serve as CRM lead (Salesforce) and manage day-to-day operation of CRM databases. Develop efforts to maintain, clean, assist, innovate flows, and grow CRM database (Salesforce). Work with current/new partners to help recognize new sources of data that can be ingested into our CRM system (Salesforce)– including but not limited to Digideck, AWA, Paciolian. Generate and create regular reports and dashboards to provide insights on all pillars including but not limited to merchandise, ticket sales, sponsorship. Provide data-driven recommendations on improving sales processes, customer experiences, and promotional campaigns. Analyze competitive and industry trends to identify market positioning and growth opportunities. Monitor and evaluate the success of various initiatives and promotions, providing insights for optimization. Develop forecasting models to project ticket sales, attendance, and revenue for upcoming games and seasons. Maintain and update data analytics tools, databases, and reporting systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data sharing and integration. Collaborate frequently with IT department and other system administrators to implement vendor sourced software, configuring software, customizing, and integrating it with current systems. Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data governance practices, data cleaning, and maintaining databases. Stay up to date with data analytics trends and tools to continually enhance analysis capabilities. Propose future analysis projects or product features based on insights learned.

Degree in a relevant area from a four-year college or university
Strong technical skills including advanced Tableau, KNIME, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience manipulating and analyzing event ticketing data – Paciolan experience is a plus but not required.
Experience and ability to effectively gather information from multiple sources.
Experience in automated self-service reporting/dashboarding tools
Confidence and proven track record in effectively dealing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to operate independently and successfully in a fast-paced environment.
