We’re looking for a well-connected, passionate Director of Sales to tell the SAVVI story in the marketplace. You’ll share how our decision support platform provides meaningful outcomes for employees, employers, benefit administrators and carriers in for benefit choices and overall financial wellness. SAVVI is profitable, privately held and rapidly growing and you’ll have the resources you need to thrive in this role.
What you'll do:
You’ll promote SAVVI throughout the HR tech and employee benefits ecosystem with brokers, HRIS platforms, benefit administrators and insurance carriers. The ideal candidate will have a deep network in this space and a demonstrated track record of building partnerships and growing revenue. You’ll tell the SAVVI story on webinars, at conferences and with potential partners online and in person.
We have an experienced team to help onboard and service the partnerships you build.

Territory Development (outbound calling, online demos and onsite presentations)

Qualifications:
Ability to thrive in a high-activity sales and marketing position.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
5+ years related employee benefits sales experience (retirement, group life, voluntary benefits, HR tech platform).
Deep knowledge of and connections in the broker, benefit administrator, and carrier landscape.
Excellent planning/interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, presentation, listening, oral and written communication skills required.
Comfortable with a high level of activity, including outbound prospecting
Ability to make onsite and virtual presentations of the SAVVI value prop.
Must have time management and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated track record of prospecting success
Basic computer skills and knowledge of business unit applications required. Must know how to use Powerpoint, Excel, CRM tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Some travel required, including overnight stays for industry conferences.
