Your Core Contributions to The Team
Manage and overs all aspects of the institute’s email and marketing campaigns to effectively promote the organization and achieve all associated goals.
Coordinate the production and deploy marketing communications campaigns, including scheduling, tracking, reporting, and some design adjustments. This may include:
Email marketing campaigns/marketing automation
Coordinate regular copy and image updates for select communications based on department and brand guidelines.
Manage and contribute to the ongoing build-out and optimization of the marketing automation system.
Collaborate with project leads to analyze data to improve customer experience, and lead and revenue generation across designed marketing assets, including emails and digital
Provide proofreading, basic graphic design support, and other assistance as needed.
Knowledge and abilities
Three+ years of marketing/communications experience preferably in an association setting.
Email marketing or marketing automation platform experience required.
Some experience with an AMS or a CRM, such as Salesforce, required.
Comfortable using the Adobe Creative Suite.
Some experience writing copy for marketing communications, as well as proofreading ability.
AP Stylebook experience a plus.
Education, certification, licenses
College degree preferred.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects on time with strong detail orientation.
A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality. Needs to be a team player who is committed to lifelong learning.
