Clark University is seeking a Graduate Assistant Lacrosse Coach beginning the fall 2022 school year, who would be responsible for assisting the Head Coach of Women’s Lacrosse throughout the year.
Primary Responsibilities Include: -Provide on field instruction and guidance during practices and games -Assist Head Coach in planning and executing practices and games - Provide scouting reports and film breakdown -Evaluate prospective student-athletes and day-to-day communications with recruits along with on-campus visits -Assist in team travel plans -Potential to earn additional money from clinics, camps, and other athletic department site administrative duties
The assistant coach must become familiar with and abide by all policies and procedures of the Athletic Department and Clark University, as well as the rules and regulations of the NCAA and the NEWMAC.
Qualifications include: a bachelor’s degree plus collegiate playing experience. The successful candidate will have a strong base of lacrosse skills, a general understanding of the management of a college athletic program, and excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Start date is August 1, 2022.
