Coaches report to the Director of Athletics. The successful coach will instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training necessary to realize a high level of individual and team success. Instruction should lead to improved ability in the sport as well as good sportsmanship, self-discipline, self-confidence, and a sense of pride in the student-athletes accomplishments. Weekday and weekend practices, as well as games, will be required.

• Candidates are expected to have coaching or playing experience at the high school level or beyond. Duties include practice planning, training, game strategy, and administration.
