About the Role:

• Drive investment sales activities including client pitching, proposal preparation, negotiations, and transaction execution.

• Spend significant time on client-facing work (presentations, meetings, negotiations) with investors, funds, and capital partners.

• Work closely with Analyst to develop financial models, investment analyses, and deal structures to support transactions.

• Conduct market and asset analysis to position opportunities and maximize sales value for clients.

• Support business development through networking, referrals, and proactive engagement with new and existing clients.

About You:

• Bachelorâ™s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline (CFA / MBA is an advantage).

• 3â“5 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or investment sales.

• Strong financial acumen with hands-on exposure to financial modelling, deal analysis, and transaction structuring.

• Highly commercial, confident communicator with strong presentation, pitching, and negotiation skills.

• Passion for real estate, investments, and long-term deal execution cycles.
