As a result, a full-time position is available for a highly motivated individual to serve as an Aviation Market Leader in our Architecture and Building Engineering group. This exciting opportunity is available at any of our Mead & Hunt office locations or potentially open to remote candidates who demonstrate the right aptitude and ability depending on their location.

A valid driver’s license and frequent travel will be required.
The successful candidate must have all the following:
A bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture, engineering, aviation management or related field from an accredited college or university
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the aviation industry
OR
If no degree, must have at least 9 years of relevant marketing experience.
The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:
Experience at medium and/or large hub airports
Existing strong client relationships
A track record of business development success
Experience developing and executing capture plans for aviation opportunities
Experience building project teams with internal resources and teaming partner firms
Experience in developing large scale proposals and leading interviews
Experience leading vertical planning, design and construction projects for aviation clients
A professional license in architecture or engineering is a plus

Salary Range: $165,000 to $200,000 – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
