Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with athletes, university stakeholders, collectives, and local/regional businesses connected to the University of Arkansas - Identify, pitch, and close new NIL and Rev Gen partnership opportunities using a consultative sales approach - Represent TheLinkU’s national offerings locally, with a focus on revenue generation programs and compliant NIL execution - Lead meetings with prospective partners and guide them through the full partnership lifecycle - Negotiate and secure partnership agreements that align incentives across athletes, universities, and brands - Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, client success, product) to ensure smooth onboarding and execution - Represent TheLinkU at on-campus meetings, local events, and industry gatherings - Maintain accurate pipeline activity and reporting within CRM tools - Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
What We’re Looking For
- Preferred 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred (sports, SaaS, marketing, or NIL-related experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of or passion for college athletics, NIL, and the University of Arkansas ecosystem
- Proven ability to build relationships and sell to multiple stakeholders
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
- Able to work independently while collaborating with a broader team
- Flexible schedule (standard hours roughly 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with variability based on client needs)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Must be based in or near Fayetteville, AR
