Mizzou Swimming & Diving is seeking an energetic, creative, and highly motivated Graduate Assistant to serve as our Assistant Recruiting Coordinator & Content Creator. This position is ideal for someone with a love of swimming and diving, strong communication skills, and a passion for connecting with prospective student-athletes. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruiting, relationship-building, content creation, and brand development for one of the nation's premier swimming and diving programs. Primary Responsibilities •Build relationships with recruits and families through phone calls, text messages, email, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and other communication platforms. •Travel to swim meets and recruiting events to evaluate and connect with prospective student-athletes. •Assist with planning and execution of recruiting visits. •Create engaging photo, video, and social media content that promotes the Mizzou Swimming & Diving experience. •Manage and grow the program's social media presence and digital outreach efforts. •Help position Mizzou Swimming & Diving as one of the most exciting destinations for prospective student-athletes. •Identify, engage, and recruit prospective student-athletes.

Minimum Requirements •Bachelor’s degree or higher. •Availability to work evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications •Background in sales, marketing, communications, content creation, or a related field. •Strong verbal and written communication skills. •Experience with social media platforms and digital content creation. •Highly organized, self-motivated, and relationship-driven. •Excitement and willingness to travel for recruiting purposes.
