Wisconsin Lutheran College, a NCAA Division III member of the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is seeking qualified applicants for its Softball Graduate Assistant position. The position is a two-year appointment, beginning summer 2026.
The graduate assistant will assist the head coach with game day preparation, monitoring academic progress of student-athletes, recruiting, fundraising, clinics and promotion of the program and college within the region. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, maintaining Wisconsin Lutheran College softball social media accounts, managing WLC home game events, and athletics building supervision.
A bachelor’s degree is required. Admission into Wisconsin Lutheran College’s graduate program is required. Graduate programs include M.S. in Sport and Recreation Management, M.S. in Professional Counseling, M.A.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction Leadership, M.A.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Innovation, M.A.Ed. in School Leadership, and M.A.Ed. in Special Education/Pupil Services Leadership. Collegiate playing experience is required. Previous coaching experience and/or instruction is preferred.
$18,000 yearly stipend, daily meals, and an on-campus housing rental option is included.
