The strength and conditioning Coach (Graduate Assistant) will assist the Head Strength Coach with strength and conditioning for McNeese student-athletes. Responsible for all programming/execution of programing, scheduling, training, testing, organization and administration for softball and will assist with other sports as necessary including football. Responsible for maintenance of weight room, nutrition station and all equipment. Work effectively with all Sports Medicine, Sport coaches, Administration and University staff. Perform any other duties as assigned. Start date January 5, 2026

Current CPR/AED/First Aid Certification

Current certification or working towards NCSA (CSCS), CSCCa (SCCC), or USAW

Must be proficient in the Olympic Movements

Must adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA

Effective communication skills
