K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for a Ticket Sales Executive, which is a full-time, hourly, benefits-eligible position.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Sell new season tickets, group tickets, and mini plans for K-State’s six ticketed sports.
- Develop prospects through cold calling, emails and networking.
- Meet or exceed a minimum of 100 touchpoints per day consisting of phone calls and emails.
- Work different events to support K-State Athletics sales efforts.
- Handle incoming calls from sales prospects.
- Provide excellent customer service to generate new revenue and increasing renewed revenue.
- Track sales data in CRM system and processing sales payments along with department policy.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree by hire date
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Established business relationships in the Manhattan Area
