Sports Information &#38; Media Relations
&#8226; Serve as primary or secondary media contact, managing relationships with local, regional, and national outlets 
&#8226; Write and distribute press releases, game recaps, previews, and feature stories aligned with marketing and brand strategy 
&#8226; Oversee statistical reporting, record keeping, and NCAA/conference compliance for all assigned sports 
&#8226; Lead media day planning and execution, including content capture, messaging alignment, and distribution
&#8226; Manage and update the official ENMU athletics website, including rosters, schedules, and news content 
&#8226; Coordinate game day media operations and communications, including live stats, postgame reports, and broadcast support
&#8226; Oversee submission of internal honors, conference and national awards, honors, and nominations 
&#8226; Support broadcast coordination (FloSports and other platforms), including graphics, storylines, and on-air information 
&#8226; Assist in crisis communications and official statements in coordination with senior administration 
&#8226; Archive and maintain historical records, statistics, and program history
Marketing &#38; Revenue Generation
&#8226; Develop and execute a comprehensive, department-wide marketing strategy, including sport-specific plans

Create campaigns to drive:
oSeason ticket sales
oGroup sales
oEvent attendance

&#8226; Collaborate to build campaigns (email, SMS, digital) focused on renewals, deposits, and new sales
&#8226; Support sponsorship activation, fulfillment, and partner visibility across events and digital platforms

Social Media &#38; Digital Strategy
&#8226; Own and execute department-wide social media strategy across Instagram, X, TikTok,    
  Facebook and other developing social media platforms
&#8226; Manage daily content calendar and real-time game day posting
&#8226; Track analytics and KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) to optimize performance
   Content &#38; Creative Oversight
&#8226; Oversee creation of video, graphics, and digital storytelling content
&#8226; Align content strategy with recruiting, fan engagement, and sponsor value
&#8226; Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
   Fan Engagement &#38; Game Day Experience
&#8226; Lead game day atmosphere, promotions, and fan engagement initiatives
&#8226; Script and execute in-game elements, including reads, promotions, and sponsor
  activations
&#8226; Develop fan journey strategies (first-time attendee to repeat customer)
&#8226; Drive student, faculty/staff, and community engagement efforts

Leadership &#38; Collaboration
Works with senior administration to assist in the direction of:
oSports Information Coordinator
oGreyhound Broadcast Coordinator 
oSports Information Assistant and other student workers
&#8226;Work collaboratively with other internal and external units
&#8226;Assist in overall branding and external strategy for ENMU Athletics
&#8226;Regular and predictable attendance required
&#8226;Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Demand and Working Conditions:

   work during athletic events
