Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution. Three years’ relevant experience. Experience working in an Intercollegiate Athletics equipment operations environment. Experience in a football-specific equipment room. Understanding of blood-borne pathogens and exposure to soiled laundry and hazardous chemicals Athletic Equipment Managers Association ( AEMA ) certification.
