The Associate Director for Broadcast and Video Boards is responsible for assisting with live event broadcasting, streams, and in-venue content on a variety of video boards for Colorado State Athletics video production. Individual is responsible for collaborating with internal and external constituency groups to create a best-in-class broadcast and in-venue fan experience, utilizing existing and emerging video technologies, instituting best practices, developing unit workflows, and cultivating fan engagement and affinity through compelling video and digital media content as assigned. Position will directly assist the Assistant Athletic Director for Broadcast and Video Boards as assigned with key focuses on game-day video production for assigned events including the in-venue broadcast as well as streaming.

Bachelor’s degree (or in process to complete within 6 months of hire date)
Minimum of two years of previous experience in video production/digital media content (student, intern, GA, and professional experience applicable)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Proficiency in a variety of software products and video/graphic design programs
Ability to work on projects individually, as well as within a team to meet urgent deadlines
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and ability to travel as needed
Must have a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain a driver’s license or access to a licensed driver by the employment start date
The successful candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States by the proposed start date. The Department will not sponsor a visa for this position
