Lindsey Gleason — Founder & CEO
A former NCAA Division II volleyball player, Lindsey founded TeamGLEAS in 2012 after earning her master’s degree in England and experiencing firsthand how transformative it can be to continue playing while studying abroad. Over the past decade, she’s built TeamGLEAS into the most trusted pathway for US student-athletes pursuing graduate opportunities overseas. Lindsey’s deep understanding of the British university sports system and strong reputation with coaches and institutions across the UK make her an expert in this field.

Alex Porter — Partner & Recruitment Consultant
Alex brings over a decade of elite coaching and academic experience to TeamGLEAS. As the former Head of Volleyball and Men’s Head Coach at the University of Essex, he led one of the most successful programs in UK university sport, helping dozens of athletes turn professional and represent their national teams. Now completing his PhD in Sports Performance and Coaching, Alex applies his expertise to guide athletes in American Football, Rowing, Rugby, Tennis, and Volleyball toward the best academic and athletic fit abroad.

Ross Norfolk — Partner & Recruitment Consultant
With more than 15 years of coaching experience, Ross has built a career dedicated to athlete development and performance. Before joining TeamGLEAS, he served as Head Coach of the University of Essex Rebels Men’s Basketball Team, leading the program from Division 4 to Division 1. He also worked with the British Basketball Federation in performance operations for over a decade. At TeamGLEAS, Ross focuses on Basketball, Lacrosse, Soccer, Swimming, and Track & Field, leveraging his deep network and leadership experience to connect athletes with life-changing postgraduate opportunities across the UK.
