QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required:
  • Admittance into a VCU's graduate program; and
  • Demonstrated experience working in and fostering an environment of respect, professionalism and civility with a population of faculty, staff, and students from various backgrounds and experiences, or a commitment to do so as a member at VCU;
  Preferred:
  • Knowledge of and prior work experience in intercollegiate athletics;
  • Strong customer service skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented; and
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.
