Director/Assistant Director of Marketing and Fan Engagement
SUMMARY:
The Assistant Director of Marketing and Fan Engagement is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote attendance and overall brand growth for Lion Athletics. Position responsibilities also include development of promotional concepts, drafting of game scripts, and oversee home game presentation.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop marketing plans for all 14 sports.
Create and implement strategic fan engagement initiatives.
Draft game scripts and oversee home game presentation.
Develop strategies and initiatives to increase attendance and ticket revenue for all home athletics contexts.
Establish relationships with campus and communities in the Northeast Texas region to promote Lion Athletics.
