The Director of Esports will oversee all facets of program operations. Responsibilities include maintenance of the arena within budget, recruiting and retaining qualified student-athletes, growing both the competitive and casual sides of the program, monitoring grades, academic progress and conduct of student-athletes, maintaining positive alumni and community relations, managing game day logistics, overseeing team budgets and travel, fundraising, coordinating program volunteer activities, managing social media presence, supervising staffing (including student volunteers), and handling practice and game preparation. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
