JOB DUTIES
30% - Marketing, Outreach & Campus Engagement
Manages and directs all marketing efforts for the department including numerous sports and recreational programs through advertising, participant experience, promotions, etc. Promotes athletes, teams, and recreational sports by focusing on strategies like sponsorships, endorsements, social media engagement, fan loyalty programs, and data-driven content to build community, enhance fan experience, and drive revenue. Responsible for growing engagement among students, the campus community, and the Santa Cruz community at large.
