The Women's Basketball Graduate Assistant is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the program, including but not limited to recruiting, training, monitoring academic progress, promotions, fundraising and coaching team members. The Graduate Assistant is required to abide by the rules and regulations established by Benedictine College, the Heart of America Athletic Conference, and the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).
Academic Requirement: Must be fully admitted in a Master's program at Benedictine College, either Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Arts in School Leadership (MASL).
