Bradley Athletics invites applications for the position of Director of Video and Creative Production.

This 12-month, full-time, exempt position reports to the Assistant AD for Marketing and Fan Experience and will work closely with the department’s athletic communications staff and Bradley Sports Properties.
RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop, create and manage the production of all video projects, including postgame highlights, hype videos, feature stories and special projects • Manage a student staff, while also serving as a liaison between Bradley Athletics, the Missouri Valley Conference and Schefftech Productions to produce home games on The Valley on ESPN • Supervise the video control room in Bradley University’s Renaissance Coliseum • Serve as the video and LED boards technical director for athletic events • Provide graphic design support for the athletic department • Assist with social media implementation
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
Television production, graphic design, live streaming and social media experience is also desired
Candidate should possess excellent technical, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Working knowledge of professional production equipment and software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop and other Adobe associated products
Ability to work effectively with diverse student-athletes and staff members
Ability to initiate and complete projects with specific deadlines
Must be able to work irregular hours and weekends
Must be willing to uphold the mission and values of Bradley Athletics and adhere to NCAA, Missouri Valley Conference and University rules and policies.
