We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a??Sales Associate.
Support tasks to establish new business relationships and strengthening existing ones, whilst ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers
Support business development activities which include liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver sustainable business growth
Support the end to end sales process
Provide support to the communication new products, propositions and relevant market information to customers
Supporting distribution channel business development strategies
Support plans and strategies to generate new business as well as increase revenue for existing ones
Collaborate with internal stakeholders which may include relationship mangers and product specialists to maximise cross-selling opportunities for the bank
Participate in events, initiatives and activities to develop business opportunities
Protect the bank's reputation and ensure an acceptable risk profile whilst deepening your understanding of the client through credit and customer due diligence reviews
University degree holder. Demonstrable work experience which includes internships and work placements.
Adept at using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and comfortable to navigate applications and business application tools with requisite training.
Team player, self-starter, good at managing time, able to calibrate on the move and prioritize.
Possesses a creative and analytical mind-set.
Proficiency in written and spoken English. Mandarin language capability would be an advantage.
Aspiration to move into a full-fledged revenue generating or origination role in 18 to 24 months??? time frame.
