RESPONSIBILITIES The Director of Fan Experience provides daily oversight for all areas of promotions, in-game entertainment, and fan experience for ticketed sports. This position serves as the gameday producer responsible for the management and direction of all in-game elements and promotions, fulfill corporate partner agreements, and oversee gameday staff, including videoboards operations, DJ, Emcee, spirit squads, gameday promotional staff, and more based upon event.
The Director of Fan Experience directs and orchestrates the game presentation and enhancing the overall fan experience at athletic events to increase audience engagement through creativity and innovation. The position engages and entertains our audience by producing exciting, unique, and memorable experiences, with a goal of creating emotional connection between the fans, the teams, and the student-athletes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and one year of experience in marketing, promotions, and/or game presentation are required. Candidates must have experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Final Cut Pro or similar video editing applications. Strong knowledge of Daktronics videoboard systems, Display Studio and Show Control.
