The Director of Player Personnel works in coordination with the Special Assistant and the Head Coach to oversee and manage the internal needs and services of student-athletes. Responsibilities & Duties Provide individual and group mentoring to student-athletes to support their personal, academic, and athletic growth. Develop customized player development plans, analyze player strengths and weaknesses, design and deliver targeted training drills to improve technical skills, athleticism, and game strategy. Player performance tracking, monitor progress through data analysis and film review. Foster relationships with student-athletes to ensure they are prepared for success beyond college basketball, whether in professional sports or other career paths. Monitor pre-season conditioning and
