The North Carolina Baseball Academy is seeking to employ a full time assistant director to help oversee the business operations, provide instruction for individuals and lead year round clinics and camps for youth baseball players aged 5-18.
Applicant must have strong communication skills and experience playing and/or coaching at the high school, college or professional levels of the game. Daily/Weekly and Monthly business duties require maintenance of indoor and outdoor facilities.
The North Carolina Baseball Academy is a baseball training facility located in Greensboro, NC. The Academy complex is 11.84 acres with a 17,000 square foot fully conditioned building and three professional level baseball fields used for team practices and camps. NCBA has been in operation since 1998.
