Xavier University Women’s Lacrosse is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented professional to serve as Director of Lacrosse Operations. This position plays a critical role in the daily success of a Division I program by overseeing all operational, logistical, and administrative aspects of the team.
As a member of a rapidly growing program in the BIG EAST, this role is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in creating a first-class student-athlete experience. The Director of Operations will work closely with the head coach and staff to ensure every detail of the program is executed at an elite level.
Oversee all aspects of team travel, including flights, buses, hotels, meals, and the development and distribution of detailed itineraries for student-athletes and staff
Organize all home and away game day operations, including facility coordination, lockeroom setup, and team logistics
Coordinate practice scheduling and facility usage in collaboration with the athletic department operations staff
Supervise all film operations, including exchange, upload, organization, and distribution for scouting and player development using platforms such as Hudl and/or ScoreBreak
Manage equipment and apparel operations, including ordering, distribution, inventory tracking, and organization throughout the year
Direct all logistics for official and unofficial recruiting visits, including detailed itineraries and on-campus visit execution
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Previous experience in collegiate athletics operations, administration, or a related field preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficiency with video platforms (Hudl, ScoreBreak, or similar), Teamworks and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required
