As a member of a rapidly growing program in the BIG EAST, this role is designed for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in creating a first-class student-athlete experience. The Director of Operations will work closely with the head coach and staff to ensure every detail of the program is executed at an elite level.

• Oversee all aspects of team travel, including flights, buses, hotels, meals, and the development and distribution of detailed itineraries for student-athletes and staff
• Organize all home and away game day operations, including facility coordination, lockeroom setup, and team logistics
• Coordinate practice scheduling and facility usage in collaboration with the athletic department operations staff
• Supervise all film operations, including exchange, upload, organization, and distribution for scouting and player development using platforms such as Hudl and/or ScoreBreak
• Manage equipment and apparel operations, including ordering, distribution, inventory tracking, and organization throughout the year
• Direct all logistics for official and unofficial recruiting visits, including detailed itineraries and on-campus visit execution

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Previous experience in collegiate athletics operations, administration, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with video platforms (Hudl, ScoreBreak, or similar), Teamworks and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required
