Under the supervision of the Director, the Assistant Director will carry out the Office of Student-Athlete Academic Services' mission of supporting the Boston College academic community and Athletics Department in our pursuit of student-athlete excellence, student-athlete formation, and a just society by remaining committed to integrity, ethics, and honesty. The Assistant Director will serve as an academic counselor to an assigned athletic team(s) by providing ongoing academic and student formation consultations while monitoring and tracking the academic progress of assigned student-athletes. As a result, this position will collaborate with faculty, colleagues, and Athletics Department personnel to ensure student-athletes have the support services needed to achieve academic success
